How to Enroll

It's easy for you to pick Peach State Health Plan. To see if you are eligible for Medicaid or PeachCare for Kids® visit Georgia Gateway.

Once you are approved for Medicaid or PeachCare for Kids® you must enroll with Georgia Families®. You will have 30 days to enroll in Georgia Families® and choose a health plan. If you do not enroll within 30 days, a health plan will be chosen for you.

Four ways to choose Peach State Health Plan:

  1. Online: Go to New Member Enrollment and follow the steps. 
  2. By phone: Call 1-888-GA-Enroll (1-888-423-6765). Tell them you want to choose Peach State Health Plan.
  3. On paper: Use the form you get in the mail from Georgia Families®. Choose Peach State Health Plan. Mail or fax it to Georgia Families®. 
  4. In person: Meet with an enrollment counselor in person. To set up a meeting, call 1-888-GA-Enroll (1-888-423-6765). Tell them you want to choose Peach State Health Plan.

Once you pick Peach State Health Plan, we will send you a letter telling you when you can start using your new services.

How to Renew

Georgia Families® Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids®

Georgia Families® members need to renew each year. You will get renewal note in the mail before the deadline.

Planning for Healthy Babies® (P4HB)

P4HB members need to renew each year. You will get a renewal notice in the mail before the deadline.

To renew:

Call: 1-877-744-2101
TTY: 1-800-255-0135

P4HB members renew every 12 months. You’ll get a renewal note in the mail before the deadline.

To renew call 1-877-P4HB101 (744-2101) (TTY 1-800-255-0135). You’ll need to confirm your income when you renew. You can use pay stubs within 90 days of your renewal deadline.
