Vision Benefit

Eligibility restrictions apply. Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) members must be currently enrolled with our health plan to be eligible for VABs. PSHP does not pay reimbursement fees on VABs. Please allow up to 30 business days for processsing.

Your eyesight is one of your most important senses: 80% of what we perceive comes through our sense of sight.

  • Members 21 and over qualify for one FREE eye exam per year without prior authorization.
  • $100 annually toward glasses, contact lenses or broken frames. May choose outside of what is covered by Medicaid.

The option to receive 1 of 4 upgrades during the year:

  • Scratch-resistant coating
  • Tint
  • Polycarbonate lenses including UV
  • Anti-reflective coating
