Important: Some rules apply. You need to be a member of Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) to be eligible for Value Added Benefits (VABs). PSHP does not pay reimbursement fees on VABs. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

At Peach State Health Plan (PSHP), we believe afterschool programs are vital for social, emotional, and academic development. Here's how you can benefit:

PSHP offers a choice between Boys & Girls Clubs® Membership or Afterschool Youth Activities. You'll receive one voucher for Arts, Swimming lessons, Sports, or STEAM after school activities for qualified members aged 6-18. You can choose either a Girl Scouts® or Boy Scouts® youth club membership for members ages 5-17.

Boys & Girls Clubs® Membership

Covers active members grade K-12.
Covers annual membership fees at participating clubs.

Afterschool Youth Activities

Covers active members aged 6-18.
Selection of one activity per year: Arts, Swimming lessons, Sports, or STEAM activities.

Note: 6-8 swimming lessons are covered at participating YMCAs with pools.

Qualification Requirement:

Quality health activities must be completed after July 1st, 2023.
Must have visited PCP and dental provider within the last 12 months. Well check, including (HPV vaccine for ages 9-13)
Present voucher/gift card within the benefit year (July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025).
