Important: Some rules apply. You need to be a member of Peach State Health Plan (PSHP) to be eligible for Value Added Benefits (VABs). PSHP does not pay reimbursement fees on VABs. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.

Dental Benefits (ages 21+)

Members 21 and over qualify for FREE oral exams, cleanings every 6 months, and x-rays. No prior authorization is required.

Postpartum Dental Benefit

Peach State Health Plan offers new mothers a postpartum dental  benefit, providing an additional 12 months of coverage after delivery. This includes free oral exams, cleanings every 6 months, and x-rays. No prior authorization is required.

To Access This Benefit:

  • Visit an Envolve contracted dental provider to utilize this Value-added service for a preventive exam, cleanings (twice a year) and X-rays for adult members.
  • Find an Envolve contracted dental provider in your area by using our find a provider tool.
