Provider Portal

If you are a contracted provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim. After creating an account within the Peach State Health Plan provider portal you can:

Verify member eligibility
Check & submit claims
Submit & confirm authorizations
